What Multi-Unit & Builder Projects Demand

  • A beautiful finish can lose its value if the cabinet scope keeps expanding.
  • Multiple active properties need separate schedules, addresses and crew handoffs.
  • Listing photography and buyer appeal matter, but no cabinet package guarantees an appraisal gain.

How the Haus Builder Program Delivers

  • Define a kitchen, vanity and primary-closet package with clear must-haves and optional upgrades.
  • Keep each property’s cabinet schedule and delivery discussion distinct so crews can plan ahead.
  • Use Chris’s local renovation perspective to balance cohesive finishes, practical storage and written project budgets.

Listing-ready selections

Separate essential replacement from discretionary finish and storage upgrades.

Portfolio planning

Review multiple property schedules with named receiving contacts and crew milestones.

A Clear Spec. A Considered Upgrade.

A defined base schedule, practical storage and a consistent finish for repeatable homes.

Tier 02 · Coastal & Move-Up Spec

A curated finish upgrade with selected drawer, island and pantry enhancements.

Tier 03 · Custom & Penthouse Upgrade

Room-specific storage, primary-suite cabinetry and tailored framed or frameless selections.

Tier names describe scope choices, not fixed prices, discounts or guaranteed margins. Delivery, assembly and installation are quoted separately.

House Flippers & Investors FAQs

Will a new kitchen increase my appraisal?

No specific appraisal, resale return or listing timeline is guaranteed. Chris can discuss practical finish and layout choices from his renovation perspective, while value depends on the property, local market and appraiser.

Can I quote several flips together?

Yes. Include a separate address, measured plan, finish preference and target milestone for each property. Chris can review the combined scope while keeping each property’s schedule and delivery requirements distinct.

Can deliveries be staged lot by lot across Volusia County?

Discuss releases for New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, DeLand, Deltona and the wider county. Include drywall and trim milestones, site access, receiving contacts and storage space. Chris confirms stock, freight costs and the agreed delivery sequence before scheduling; phased delivery is project-specific, not a guaranteed date.

How do Standard and Upgrade specification packages work?

Start with one written Standard cabinet schedule, then define Coastal / Move-Up and Custom / Penthouse alternatives by door style, storage, layout and hardware. Keep buyer selections and change orders tied to a specific plan and lot. Exact cabinet prices come from the catalog; upgraded scope and installation receive their own written quote.

Should builders choose Framed or Frameless cabinets for durability?

Capital Collection framed cabinets offer a face frame and traditional proportions; altaeuro frameless cabinets provide full access and contemporary reveals. Compare the selected SKU’s box materials, hardware, finish care and installation requirements rather than assuming either construction is universally stronger. Plywood and soft-close specifications must be confirmed for the selected package; cabinetry is not waterproof.

How soon can Chris return a floor-plan takeoff?

Send dimensioned plans, elevations, appliance sizes, unit counts, finish preferences and your bid deadline. Chris confirms the review window after checking completeness and current workload. Photos and HausScan can support an initial discussion, but production orders need verified measurements and an approved cabinet schedule. No fixed turnaround is promised.
