Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices and availability are subject to change until your order is confirmed. The confirmed order and written quote define the items and services included in your purchase.

Payment amounts, due dates and other payment terms are as stated on your quote.

The customer is responsible for verifying all measurements and selections before order confirmation, including cabinet sizes, quantities, layout, appliance clearances, colors and finishes. Review your quote and item list carefully and contact us about any corrections before confirming your order.

Colors and finishes shown on screens or samples may differ from delivered items. Natural wood grain, color and finish variations can occur between individual pieces and orders. Screen settings and lighting can also affect appearance.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer on delivery. Delivery and receiving requirements are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, damage reports and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

No warranty is provided beyond what is expressly stated in writing, except as required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Haus Cabinets' liability arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of that purchase. This provision does not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Haus Cabinets or its licensors. You may view it for personal use, but may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.

Haus Cabinets, owned by Chris Haussmann, is based in New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County, Florida. We sell ready-to-assemble (RTA) and assembled kitchen cabinets and closets by quote, delivered to your address.
