Return Policy

Unopened, undamaged, non-custom stock cabinets in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to prior return authorization.

Inspect your delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Shipping damage or missing items must be reported by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

Damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery will be replaced or refunded at no charge.

Custom, special-order, modified, assembled or installed items are not returnable. Items not in their original packaging are also not returnable.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Contact Haus Cabinets using the email or phone number below with your order number, item list and photos. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns without authorization are not accepted.
