Yes. Select Custom Closets & Storage Package in the form and include room dimensions, desired hanging space, drawers and any island. Chris confirms which cabinet and specialty components suit the design.
Are all 30 finishes available as complete closet systems?
The 30 kitchen finishes guide coordination, not a promise that every finish has every closet component. Chris confirms matching fronts, available dimensions, specialty hardware and any custom fabrication in the written takeoff.
Can kitchens, custom walk-in closets and pantries be quoted together?
Yes. Include primary-suite walk-ins, reach-ins, closet islands or towers, chef’s and butler’s pantries, laundry, mudrooms and linen storage in the takeoff. Chris reviews matching cabinet finishes, room dimensions, hanging and drawer requirements, and any specialty components. Not every kitchen SKU is a closet component; custom fabrication and hardware are confirmed separately.
How do Standard and Upgrade specification packages work?
Start with one written Standard cabinet schedule, then define Coastal / Move-Up and Custom / Penthouse alternatives by door style, storage, layout and hardware. Keep buyer selections and change orders tied to a specific plan and lot. Exact cabinet prices come from the catalog; upgraded scope and installation receive their own written quote.
Should builders choose Framed or Frameless cabinets for durability?
Capital Collection framed cabinets offer a face frame and traditional proportions; altaeuro frameless cabinets provide full access and contemporary reveals. Compare the selected SKU’s box materials, hardware, finish care and installation requirements rather than assuming either construction is universally stronger. Plywood and soft-close specifications must be confirmed for the selected package; cabinetry is not waterproof.
How soon can Chris return a floor-plan takeoff?
Send dimensioned plans, elevations, appliance sizes, unit counts, finish preferences and your bid deadline. Chris confirms the review window after checking completeness and current workload. Photos and HausScan can support an initial discussion, but production orders need verified measurements and an approved cabinet schedule. No fixed turnaround is promised.
